Part business professional, part adventurer, part traveller. I am a firm believer in going after what you want in life. Flourish came from a realisation that there is more to life than working in big business.

As my career developed I became a specialist in managing & launching alternative or niche brands & portfolios in the corporate supermarkets. I realised just how hard it is for smaller companies to succeed, often being taken advantage of in negotiations. Flourish is about being able to make a real difference to small brands, which is far more rewarding.
